Provided guidance and assistance to workers, retirees, plan sponsors, and employers to ensure compliance with federal employee benefits laws under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) of 1974. Reviewed health, retirement, and welfare benefit plans, identifying potential violations and advising stakeholders on their rights and responsibilities under federal regulations. Guided employers and fiduciaries on compliance requirements and educated participants so they could pursue benefits correctly.
