Mission & Vision
Mission
The Paschal Foundation Inc.'s mission is to equip veterans—especially those from historically marginalized communities—with the knowledge, support, and advocacy they need to access the benefits, resources, and opportunities they have earned.
Vision
The foundation envisions a world where veterans experience benefits systems that are accessible, transparent, and equitable, and where race, income, and geography no longer determine who receives timely, comprehensive support.
Core Program Pillars
Providing guidance to veterans as they navigate VA benefits and related systems, offering individualized support, education, and referrals. Helping veterans understand their options, complete applications, and advocate for fair decisions.
Through workshops, trainings, and community partnerships, helping veterans and their families build practical knowledge about benefits, financial wellness, and available resources. Programming emphasizes accessible language, culturally responsive approaches, and community‑building.
Drawing on Darrell Paschal's policy and research expertise, engaging in policy analysis, public education, and advocacy aimed at advancing VA benefits equity. Sharing insights from frontline work, lifting up veterans' experiences, and collaborating with organizations committed to systemic change.
